I am proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands world wide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world.

How do you ship products?

​

Products are sent directly from either Gordon or Macquarie Park in Sydney, using Australia Post.

​

How are the products packaged?

​

• Artwork will have protective packaging and cellophane envelope.

• Jewellery will be gift wrapped and in protective packaging.

• Cards gift packed of 5 or multiples.
   

Do you ship worldwide?

​

Yes. I provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations I am unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries I will contact you.

What about customs?
 

I am not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing my products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How long does shipping take and what is the cost?

 

Shipping time varies by location and product:

Australia

Standard Australia Post Package (Tracked): 2 - 4 Days - $10 AUD for all products except:

Bookmarks & Cards: Free Shipping

Journals: $7 AUD

(Free shipping on orders over $75 AUD)

Outside of Australia

​

Australia Post International Standard Delivery (Tracked): 10 - 14 Days - $20 AUD

Please note. We do not ship to PO boxes, please put in a commercial or residential address where someone can sign for the package sent via courier with a tracking number included.  A signature is required on all deliveries unless ATL (authority to leave permission) is given.
