Australian Kauri carved fish necklace strung on Mookaite, an Australian Jasper from Mooka Creek with sterling silver.  The piece of Kauri is from a Kauri tree cut down in the Sydney Botanic Gardens many years ago. I was asked to join The Kari Project exhibition to make jewellery from this tree fortunately I still have some timber I can work with.
The necklace is 45cm long, the fish measures 4.5x3cm, it is one only and will come gift wrapped.  I have signed it on the back.
