The drawing of Kohi is 30x21cm  I usually use Derwent Soft Drawing Pencils. I find them most suitable for fur.  I burnt the edges of the heavy archival drawing paper so it will look very effective floated on a background in a frame.  I love doing animal portraits and it doesn’t matter what the animal is. I prefer to take the photograph myself. I am very particular at capturing the ‘soul’ of the animal and hopefully making a connection for a successful likeness
